- Terms for entries:
-
The works shall satisfy the following requirements:
- The applicant to be a person who was born, currently lives or has nationality in Asia or an organization which has its nationality in Asia. Both amateur and professional creators are accepted.
- The works shall be newly created for "ASIAGRAPH", and should have not been released to the public, such as other exhibition, events, magazines, advertisements, Web pages, in any other place whatsoever. However, it is acceptable to include partially one's past work such as characters, backgrounds, and world-view.
- The work shall not be an imitation/ a duplication of or a creation based on third parties' work.
- The work shall not include any copyright and other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- One applicant can submit three or less works.

Character design, world view, general visual images, video games or image used as material, music, sound, special effects used as subject, original works are appreciated. You are welcome to express your interpretation of new charm of "Rockman/MEGAMAN."
※Caution:
The motion picture, still image and BGM that you can apply to your work are limited to the titles "MEGAMAN1~6" only. You are not allowed to use those other than the approval titles. - Category:

Prepare your work and documents according to the following instructions:
A Still image Division:
- Original size file of still image: more than 2000 pixel (narrow side)
- Image capture of the work: the width should be within the large of 480 to 640 pixels, but the height is not specified.
- Application Form

- File of motion pictures
- Image capture of the work: the width should be within the large of 480 to 640 pixels, but the height is not specified.

Details regarding the data of animation:
- File of motion pictures: It should be playable in Widows Media Player/Flash Player/QuickTime Player.
※CAUTION: No video is accepted! Your work is only accepted in data format. - Duration of the work: from 30 seconds to 10 minutes
- Approximate size of the screen page: width 640 pixel × height 480 pixel
- It should be a single file.
- No any internet connection is accepted.

- Notes on application:

- Applicants are deemed to agree to the following terms at the time of application. The applicant shall obtain the consent of his or her parents to the terms before applying if he or she is under age.
- Capcom shall own the copyright of all entries as the derivative works of "Mega Man." Therefore all applicants shall get approvals from Capcom in advance to use their works for other than the ASIAGRAH awards 2011 regardless the entries are chosen or not.
- Applicants shall devolve the intellectual property rights to Capcom. The applicants or its designee or a third party shall not exercise a moral right of an author regarding the public releasing date, describing of applicant’s name of entries.
- There will be possibility that Capcom wish to merchandise the prize work as its secondary use, such as books, DVDs, CDs and goods and Capcom shall inform the applicant in advance. The applicant will receive the reasonable fees for secondary use from Capcom in accordance with the industry.
- To the extent of publicity, advertising, and promotion regarding ASIAGRAPH’s works and CAPCOM’s video games, The organizer of "ASIAGRAPH" and Capcom shall have the right to release to the public, publish, copy, print, exhibit, broadcast in all media and also have all distribution rights to the entries in perpetuity throughout the world, in any and all languages, by all means, media, methods, or devices, whether now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, internet, mobile phone and wireless and any other devices or methods now existing or hereafter devised without prior notice to applicants and without any additional fees regarding the entries and applicant names. However, only prize winners’ name can be announced to the public without notice. The organizer of "ASIAGRAPH" and Capcom shall obtain non-winners’ prior consent to release their names to the public.
- Entries (works, documents, etc.) will not be returned to applicants in principle.
- Applicants shall bear all the costs associated with the application.
- The entry will be ineligible for screening if a defect in data or the medium containing the data of it is found.
- The organizer of "ASIAGRAPH" and Capcom shall offer most careful attention to handle the entries, but shall not pay any compensation for damage or loss of the entries arising out of submission or screening process.
- The applicants for the Selected Works shall respond promptly when asked to submit data with higher quality by the organizer of "ASIAGRAPH" or Capcom.
- The matters concerning "ASIAGRAPH" and these Guidelines for Applicants are subject to the Japanese law, and any dispute arose between applicants and "ASIAGRAPH" or between applicants and Capcom shall be settled by the Tokyo District Court.
- "ASIAGRAPH" will not respond to any inquiries regarding the content of collection, arrival confirmation, screening process, screening result, evaluation, and commercialization of entries.
- Handling of Personal Information:

The organizer of "ASIAGRAPH" has the right to obtain, retain and use the applicants’ personal information for the following purposes and provide the personal information to Capcom at a minimal level in order to accomplish the purposes.
- For result notification of entries
- For confirmation with applicants when using their entries by Capcom
- For response to queries
